Cannabis ist der lateinische Begriff f\u00fcr die Hanfpflanze (Cannabaceae) und wird oftmals als Oberbegriff f\u00fcr Haschisch und Marihuana verwendet. W\u00e4hrend Haschisch (Hasch, Shit, Dope, Piece) das gepresste Harz der weiblichen Hanfpflanze ist, werden die getrockneten Bl\u00fcten als Marihuana (Gras, Weed, Pot) bezeichnet. Unter den illegalen Drogen nimmt Cannabis bei Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen die prominenteste Rolle ein und ist neben Alkohol und Nikotin weltweit das verbreitetste Suchtmittel. Laut des Drogen- und Suchtberichtes der Drogenbeauftragten der Bundesregierung (2017) weisen etwa 612.000 Menschen in Deutschland einen klinisch relevanten Cannabiskonsum auf.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Kurzfristig hat der Konsum von Cannabis vor allem psychische Wirkungen, die die Stimmung des Konsumenten sowohl positiv als auch negativ verst\u00e4rken. W\u00e4hrend kurzfristig Nebenwirkungen wie Konzentrationsprobleme und Halluzinationen auftreten k\u00f6nnen, besteht langfristig die Gefahr einer psychischen Abh\u00e4ngigkeit. Entzugssymptome wie Angstzust\u00e4nde, Pers\u00f6nlichkeitsver\u00e4nderungen und Psychosen k\u00f6nnen auftreten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
